By day I'm a nurse — the "scrubs" half of Sugar & Scrubs. I've always been an arts-and-crafts person, happiest when I'm making something with my hands. Those two things finally came together when my son got married and I decided to make the cookies for his wedding myself.

One batch was all it took. What began as a labor of love for my son's big day turned into a full-blown passion, and now I hand-decorate cookies for weddings, baby showers, graduations, birthdays, corporate events, and every "just because" in between. I also bring the live cookie photo booth to events: your guests snap a photo, and we print it on an edible cookie right there on the spot.

Nothing leaves my kitchen that I wouldn't be proud to hand to my own family. Made with love, and a little bit of sass.
