I require a minimum of 7 days notice for all orders, but my calendar can fill up weeks in advance — so for the best chance of availability, reach out as soon as you have a set event date. I book up to 3 months out.

Fresh is best — enjoy them within 1–3 days of delivery. Cookies hold their flavor for at least 2–3 weeks, but they'll start to dry out and colors may fade over time.

Every cookie is individually heat-sealed in a bag for freshness, which keeps them good for at least two weeks and makes them freezer-ready. Store in an airtight container. Do not refrigerate — the fridge pulls moisture right out of the cookie.

Yes! Cookies can be frozen in a deep freezer for 3–6 months. To thaw, take the container out, set it on the counter, and don't touch it until the cookies are fully defrosted — about 3 hours on average.

Easy peasy — Venmo, or Zelle on your invoice, whichever you prefer (cash works for the balance at pickup too). A 50% deposit is what guarantees your cookie date; the balance is due at pickup or delivery. There's no checkout on this site — send your order and Vicky will follow up with a quote and payment details.

Refunds requested at least 14 days before pickup/delivery forfeit the deposit, but any further payments are refunded.

Orders cancelled 7–14 days before the pickup/delivery date are not eligible for a refund, but may be postponed to another date if availability permits.

Orders cancelled less than 7 days before the scheduled pickup date are not eligible for a refund or a postponement. If you're unable to pick up your order, you may opt to have Sugar & Scrubs donate it to a place of our choosing.

A "bulk" order is 100+ cookies in a single order. Those get 10% off plus complimentary delivery within 10 miles of our 34667 zip code.

I do offer gluten-free cookies. They're made with gluten-free ingredients, but they're prepared in a shared home kitchen — I take every precaution to minimize cross-contact, but I cannot guarantee a completely gluten-free product.

My cookies do not contain nuts or nut products, but they do contain flour, butter, and eggs. The kitchen itself processes eggs, all types of nuts, dairy, shellfish, sesame, and wheat.

Pictures are worth a thousand words, but they're not always accurate. Colors and lighting in photos may differ slightly from what you receive, and cookies in photos may not be true to size (which is a bummer — I'd frankly love to eat an 8.5×11 inch cookie). My regular cookies average 3 to 4 inches.

Please do send inspiration photos and ideas — they help a lot! That said, all custom orders are subject to the Sugar & Scrubs design aesthetic, and no inspiration photo will be perfectly copied from another artist.
